Who is eligible to live at The Atrium?

ANYONE! Although most of our tenants are students, our apartments are available to anyone to rent.

What types of leases do you offer?

All of our apartments are four-bed/four-bath units, with a private bathroom contained within each private bedroom.  There are two lease types available: One-Bedroom Lease, starting at $445 per bedroom, as part of a shared unit with up to three other tenants matched by the property management according to your preferences, or Four-Bedroom Lease, starting at $425 per bedroom, for one to four tenants wishing to rent an entire unit.

How are the units furnished?

Living Room: couches, end tables and TV

Kitchen: Table, chairs and all appliances

Bedroom:  Bed, desk and dresser

Are there any additional fees besides the rent?

Your base rent includes parking and use of all building amenities.  There is an application fee of $25 and a one-time, non-refundable Cleaning and Maintenance fee of $119 due with the first month’s rent.  There is also a nominal $30 monthly utility fee which covers all water, electric, gas and waste utilities, as well as high-speed internet.

Does it cost extra to use any of the amenities at The Atrium?

No! For your convenience, all amenities are available for free to anyone living at The Atrium

Does it cost extra to park my car?

No! The Atrium has a large parking lot with unassigned free parking.

What is the duration of the lease agreement?

The Atrium offers 10-month and 12-month lease agreements. There are a limited number of shorter term leases available as well on a first come, first served basis.

When is rent due?

The 1st of the month.

Can I live with my friends?

CERTAINLY! Simply notify the manager to ensure you are placed with your group.

Will The Atrium help me find roommates?

Since everyone is on an individual lease by the room, The Atrium is able to assist with placing you in an apartment with other roommates. You will fill out a roommate preference sheet in order to assist you in finding the best roommate for you.

What if a roommate moves out?

If a roommate moves out your individual lease and monthly rent will not be affected. Everyone is on an individual lease.
