The Atrium offers fully furnished apartments located minutes from the UIUC campus. All of our apartments are four-bed/four-bath units, with a private bathroom contained within each private bedroom. There are two lease options available: One-Bedroom Lease, as part of a shared unit with up to three other tenants matched by the property management according to your preferences, or Four-Bedroom Lease, for one to four tenants wishing to rent an entire unit. For your convenience, each tenant signs an individual lease under either option, so if one tenant moves out, the monthly rent of the remaining tenants in the unit will not be affected.
