Who is eligible to live at The Atrium?
Anyone! While many of our residents are students, our apartments are open to all renters.

All apartments are four-bedroom, four-bath units, with each bedroom featuring its own private bathroom. We offer two lease options:

One-Bedroom Lease — Starting at $465 per bedroom, within a shared four-bedroom unit. You’ll be matched with up to three other tenants based on your preferences.

Four-Bedroom Lease — Starting at $445 per bedroom, for groups of one to four tenants who want to rent an entire unit.

We offer 10-month and 12-month leases.
Rent is due on the 1st of every month.

Yes. Additional fees include:

  • $30 application fee
  • $179 one-time, non-refundable Cleaning & Maintenance fee (due with first month’s rent)
  • $45 monthly utility fee, which covers water, electric, gas, waste, and high-speed internet
  • Parking and all amenities are included at no extra cost.
Each apartment comes fully furnished with:
  • Living Room: Couch, end tables, and TV
  • Kitchen: Table, chairs, and all major appliances
  • Bedroom: Bed, desk, and dresser
No, all amenities are free for Atrium residents.
No, we have a large parking lot with unassigned, free parking.
Absolutely! Just notify the manager so we can place your group together.
Yes. Since leases are individual (by the room), we can help match you with compatible roommates. You’ll complete a preference form to help us find the best fit.
Your lease and rent remain unchanged. Each resident is on an individual lease, so you are not responsible for another roommate’s rent.
